Leander Arvanitis
Trademark and copyright lawyer
I designed packaging for six years before law school, so I have been the client who needed this and didn't know where to start.
I opened Arvanitis Law to do one kind of work well: helping people who make things keep the names and the work they built. My clients are roasters, illustrators, outdoor brands, app developers and musicians, in Missoula and across the country.
I keep prices fixed because founders plan around them, and I answer every message myself. If something is outside what I do, like a patent or a lawsuit, I say so and send you to someone good.

- Trademark clearance and filing
- Copyright registration
- Licensing and collaborations
- Takedowns and demand letters

How the practice runs
Fixed prices
Every job has a price in writing before I start. If the scope changes, you see the new number first.
Email first
Most of the work happens in writing, so you have a record. Calls and video when they help.
One lawyer
No hand-offs to a junior or a paralegal you never meet. You write to me, I write back.
